Every setup is the same three moves: install a player, type in the credentials from your welcome email, and let the guide load. The differences between devices are small, and they are covered one by one below.
Read this once and the device-specific guide below will make sense in about thirty seconds.
Take a plan from the pricing page or start with a free 24-hour trial. You'll receive your login credentials via email within minutes.
The player is a separate free app; we do not make one and you do not need ours. IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate and OTT Navigator all work well β the guide below names the best fit per device.
Paste the Xtream Codes details or the M3U address from the email. The channel list and the programme guide download themselves, which takes a minute the first time and never again.
Find what is plugged into your television and follow that one. If your device is not listed, email us before buying anything β it is usually still supported.
By far the most common way our subscribers watch, and the cheapest way into IPTV if you do not already own something. Covers every Fire TV Stick generation and the Fire TV Cube.
Recommended Player: IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate
Android TV boxes, the Nvidia Shield, Chromecast with Google TV, and any Android phone or tablet. TiviMate on an Android box is the nicest guide experience available.
Recommended Player: TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro
Works on iPhone and iPad running iOS 14 or newer. Handy for watching a game away from the house, and it counts as one of your connections while it is running.
Recommended Player: IPTV Smarters Player or GSE IPTV
Samsung Tizen and LG webOS sets can run a player straight from their own app store, so nothing extra is plugged in. Older sets are slower than a Firestick and a stick is often the better answer.
Recommended Player: Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters
Windows 10 and 11, and macOS Catalina upwards. VLC will play the M3U straight away, though it has no programme guide worth using β fine for testing, less so for daily watching.
Recommended Player: VLC Player or MyIPTV Player
All the common Infomir MAG boxes are supported. These use a portal address rather than a username and password, and we need the box MAC address before it will connect.
Setup Type: Portal URL (provided in welcome email)
Nine times out of ten it is a typo in the password or a player that wants the portal address rather than the M3U link. Email us what you see on screen and we will tell you which. Screen sharing is available if that is easier.
