The rules that govern your subscription. Worth ten minutes before you buy rather than after something goes wrong.
Using iptviowa.com or holding a subscription means these terms apply to you. If any of them is unacceptable, the right move is not to subscribe — and if you already have, the seven-day window in the refund policy is there for exactly that.
We supply access to live channels and on-demand content delivered over your internet connection. We are a distributor of streams, not a broadcaster: we neither produce the programming nor own the underlying rights to it.
Give us a real name and a working email address, because the credentials go there and a mistyped address is the single most common reason an order stalls. Your login is yours alone — sharing it beyond the connection count you paid for is the one thing most likely to get an account suspended.
Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months across 1 to 5 simultaneous connections, priced from $25 to $285 as set out on the pricing page. Payment is taken up front for the term chosen. Nothing renews automatically, so a subscription that ends is simply over.
New users can request a 24-hour trial on one connection covering the full line-up. No payment method is taken, and the account stops at the end of the period rather than converting into anything.
The prohibited list is short and none of it should be surprising:
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Outages happen through maintenance, upstream provider problems and faults on your own connection, and only the first of those is inside our control. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak evening hours where possible.
Because we do not own the content, the line-up changes as third-party arrangements change. Channels can be added or withdrawn without notice. Your responsibility for complying with the law where you live sits with you, and if you are unsure about a particular channel, take advice before subscribing.
We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, most often for credential sharing beyond the paid connection count. You can stop at any time by simply not renewing; there is nothing to cancel and no exit fee.
So far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed broadcast, for instance, however annoying.
These terms can change. Revisions are posted here with a new review date, and continuing to use the service after that counts as accepting them.
