Privacy Policy

Introduction

This policy covers iptviowa.com and the subscription service behind it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a subscription and support it, we do not sell it on, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

Ordering, requesting a trial or emailing support hands us the following. Nothing here is optional-but-collected-anyway — each item is used for the thing it looks like it is used for:

• Full name (first and last name)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Subscription preferences and plan details
• Payment information processed by our secure card payment processor

Automatically Collected Information

Visiting the site also produces the ordinary technical trail any web server records:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Device information (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referring website or search terms used to find us

How We Use Your Information

What that data is actually for:

• To process your IPTV Iowa subscription and deliver your streaming service
• To activate your 24-hour free trial and manage trial expirations
• To send order confirmation emails, payment links, and account details
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To improve our IPTV Iowa services and website experience
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and there is no advertising business attached to this site that would create a reason to. It is disclosed in three narrow situations only:

• Payment Processors: We share necessary payment details with our card payment processor to process your IPTV Iowa subscription
• Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party services for email delivery, analytics, and customer support
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights

Data Security

Payment card details never reach our systems — the processor handles them. What we do hold is protected by:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions
• Secure, encrypted database storage
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep a session working and to understand which pages get read. You can refuse the non-essential ones in your browser and everything except the order flow will carry on working normally.

Your Rights

Whatever your jurisdiction requires, we apply the following to everyone:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Email [email protected] to exercise any of these. We do not require a specific form of words.

Children's Privacy

This is an adult billing relationship and the service is not aimed at under-18s. We do not knowingly hold data on children; if you believe we have, tell us and it will be removed.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new review date. Material changes affecting existing subscribers are emailed rather than quietly published.
