Refund Policy

Seven days to change your mind

Every first subscription carries a seven-day window in which you can change your mind and get your money back. It exists because a channel list on a web page is not the same as the service running on your own television, and we would rather you found that out at no cost than argue about it afterwards.

What has to be true

Four conditions, all of which have to hold:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your initial purchase date
• The subscription must be your first purchase with IPTV Iowa (renewals are not eligible for the money-back guarantee)
• Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
• You must provide a valid reason for the refund request

What falls outside it

These fall outside the guarantee:

• Subscription renewals after the initial period
• Requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
• Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
• Free trial accounts (no payment was made)

Asking for one

There is no form and no portal. Email us and a person handles it:

• Step 1: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request"
• Step 2: Include your full name, email address used for the subscription, and the reason for your refund request
• Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
• Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

How long the money takes

How long the money takes to come back depends entirely on how you paid:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• Cryptocurrency: Non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions

We do not pro-rate

We do not pro-rate. Once the seven days have passed, the term you bought is the term you have — but tell us what went wrong anyway, because a good deal of what people want refunded turns out to be fixable in a couple of emails.

If the fault is ours

The guarantee is not the only route. If something is genuinely broken on our side and support cannot sort it within 72 hours, we will look at a refund or a credit regardless of where you are in the term.
